 Crimes of the Heart

by Beth Henley

Join us for our next production, Pulitzer-Prize-Winning Crimes of the Heart. This drama takes place in Hazelhurst, Mississippi and tells the story of three sisters gathering at their homestead, brought together by twin tragedies: the impending death of Ol' Grandaddy, who raised them, and the legal woes of the youngest sister, who has just shot her husband in the stomach (in one of the play's more comedic, albeit offstage, moments).

  • Director/Producer: Crimes of the Heart will be directed by Laura Leon Freeman and co-produced by Cal Vaughn and Colleen Penfield.

  • Show Dates: The show will run at 8:00pm on April 24th, April 25th, May 1st, May 2nd, and at 2:00pm on April 26th and May 3rd at the Chelan High School Performing Arts Center.
